Who we areLiving healthier, happier and longer. To that end, Triamant creates and manages vibrant neighborhoods for a mix of generations where health is the key focus. Today, we have 5 such communities, and we aim at 25 spread across Belgium. Triamant manages both the construction aspects and neighborhood operations, currently representing over EUR 150 million in investments with an objective of EUR 1 billion by 2025.

What we doThe Triamant infrastructure has been fully adapted to ensure that a seamless transition throughout the stages of life. Moving is no longer necessary because there are a wide range of services available. Living autonomously, safeguarding your vitality and connecting with others in the community all take pride of place. People of all generations live through and with each other, and get the best out of themselves by taking advantage of good self-management and a strong social network. They are supported by the Triamant community and their living environment. In addition, health and care professionals are available 24/7. Adding life to years and years to life is the ultimate goal of Triamant’s integrated living approach.

Four key spheres of influencing your life
AutonomyLiving at Triamant, you can keep control and governance over your own life, organize yourself, and take charge of your life, on your own or with help from the community.
VitalityTriamant helps you maintain a lower risk and healthy lifestyle, to stay active, and to be mindful of your body and spirit, through your own initiative or with help from our community.
Social AnchoringBuilding a community is more than creating well-designed homes – it’s also about being a responsible neighbor and extending a helping hand at every opportunity.
Integrated CareTriamant is connecting the dots between formal and informal care: we believe in Community Assisted Self-Management (CASMA) and obtaining a-la-carte care 24/7, from care professionals or the community you know and trust.
Community Assisted Self ManagementAt Triamant we believe in Community Assisted Self-Management or CASMA. We’re making the healthy choice the easy choice. With CASMA you yourself are very much in the saddle, and the community gives you a leg-up to stay healthy both mentally and physically. Family, friends and colleagues stand shoulder to shoulder with you along with technology (of all kinds, including digital) and the whole health system.
